Mumb Mountain (original)
Climb Mumb Mountain and collect as many tokens as you can as you explore three areas! Only left and right arrow keys are used to play. Get the flag in each level to proceed to the next one.
Created for and submitted to the two button game jam. Feedback is welcome and encouraged!
Controls:
Left and right arrow keys are for changing direction, jumping, and holding, depending on the state of the player:
-in mid air: grab rock with hand (start climbing)
-on ground: change direction or jump
-hold both keys (a few seconds) while holding rock: charge jump

10/18. controls r interesting. jump is double tap, worth mentioning in description. the 'hitting ground animation' is rly annoying. unless there's a way to land i missed, i would remove that, at least the pause, cause some of those jumps demand u land on the ground again...making it a mandatory annoyance.
Thank you for the feedback! I was trying to incentivize the player to avoid falling on the ground, but I may have gone too far haha. Like you mentioned, sometimes you need to land.
